Verizon Wireless has helped make homecoming for one military family just a little bit sweeter by gifting them a $1000.00 tech makeover! Staff Sgt. Hamilton and his family were surprised to receive their tech makeover at their homecoming ceremony on Fort Leonard Wood presented by The Mediocre Mommy. After returning from a six month deployment to Afghanistan, Hamilton was ready to see his wife and daughters; none of who knew what was about to happen!
The Hamilton family was selected out of a group of candidate families across the Midwest to receive the makeover. Verizon Wireless's #WelcomeHome campaign focuses on giving back to service members returning from deployment to thank them for their selfless dedication to service, and to the family members who support them. Upon receiving their tech makeover, Mrs. Christina Hamilton said to her husband, "now you can finally get a new phone!"
